It is clear that the Spanish invaders of the 15th century destroyed Inca religion, and historical
records in attempt to convert the Inca people to the religious ideas of the Caucasian invaders which gave these invaders a psychological edge over the natives while steeling all their gold and subsequently rewriting their history. Obviously Hancock is well aware of this fact as he is cited to say:
p.42 pp.2 " The last custodians of the ancient religious heritage of Peru were the Incas, whose beliefs and 'idolatry' were 'extirpated' and whose treasures were ransacked during the thirty terrible years that followed the Spanish conquest in AD 1532."
These are undeniable facts that are watered down in Hancock's short excerpt above, which conveniently does not include the rape, genocide and torture of the Native Incas at the hands of the invading Caucasians. Still with this understanding, Hancock attempts to convince the reader that although the invading Caucasians destroyed all Inca History - the Caucasians were honest enough to rewrite it afterwards by claiming the Inca God ( Viracocha ) was a bearded blue eyed Caucasian and the advanced prehistoric Peruvian civilizations responsible for all the unexplained technological marvels were also Caucasian people. This is all based on the written testimonials of the invading Caucasians, whom claim these to be Inca beliefs. Note that the Inca themselves do not support these wild claims. If the invading Caucasian's story is to be taken seriously, then WHY DID THEY DESTROY ALL INCA RECORD - RELIGIOUS AS WELL AS HISTORICAL TO REWRITE THEM IF THEY WERE TRULY INCA BELIEFS?
That seems like a big waste of time to destroy and rewrite something the same way that it was written before; when it could have just been left alone. Unless it was destroyed and rewrote a different way that was more appealing to the invading and conquering Caucasians whom WOULD LOVE TO IMPOSE THEIR CAUCASIAN IMAGE ( Blue eyes and Blond hair ) on the Inca God.
CAN WE TAKE THESE REPORTS SERIOUSLY? DOES MR. HANCOCK EVEN BELIEVE THIS?
